1. RECORD AN AUDIO FILE USING AUDACITY
2. UPLOAD AN AUDIO FILE TO THE HOSTED TRANSCRIPTION SERVICE (HTS)
3. PLAY BACK THE MULTIMEDIA TRANSCRIPT
