Speech Recognition (SR) technology is emerging as a promising solution for automatically captioning and transcribing multimedia: videos, podcasts.... even lectures.

Through a new project supported by Canada's Social Development Partnerships Program, students with disabilities attending post-secondary education and National Disability Organizations
will be using advanced Speech Recognition technology to improve
